Launching your Squarespace website doesn’t have to feel like a massive uphill battle. It can actually be a fun, creative, and collaborative process if you work alongside the right people.

Whether it’s a brand new website or a redesign, I’m here for you to listen to your needs, offer my creative and technical insight and build your site from the ground up. I even offer copywriting assistance if staring at a blank screen is holding you back! Most importantly, I’ll manage the project timeline to keep us on task and on time.

Once we’re done, you will have a professional website tailored to your unique business needs. Plus, it will look beautiful on every device from desktop to mobile.

  • We’ll work together to find the scope of your perfect project. Many projects look like this:

    • All pages fully designed with custom layouts - i.e. Home, About, Work With Me, Contact, Services, Blog

    • Up to 3 fully Designed Posts - Blog, Event or Portfolio

    • Copywriting assistance and editing strategy so your website has a clear voice and impactful messaging ($1000+ value!)

    • Customized design on Squarespace

    • (Optional) Simple Logo creation with 2 design reviews

    • Strategy sessions on Zoom

    • Connected social media accounts

    • Mobile responsive design so your site will look beautiful on all devices

    • Connection to your Domain (if you don’t have a domain yet, I’ll help you get one!)

    • Setting up one branded email account in google Workspace (i.e. Rachel@mydomain.com)

    • Detailed built-in website analytics

    • 2 rounds of full website reviews & revisions

    • Handover training on Zoom to make sure you know the ins & outs of how to update your new site!

    • 1 week of post-launch support via email, phone or Zoom

    • Answers to some easy design questions

    • Written website copy (I can help!)*

    • Photos / graphics**

    • Logo (optional. I can also create one for you.)

    ** We can use some stock photography but usually we still need at least one nice headshot — especially if YOU are your business. Something to show the world who you are.

    Before we begin, I’ll provide an online folder for us to share content, like copy, images, and video links.

    • Integration (or updating) of significant third party tools or enhanced website features like Member Areas, Scheduling, or Commerce (selling products).

    • Ongoing upkeep of the site after launch. (If you’re interested in this, or need hourly edits, check out Website Updates.)

  • Likely, Yes!

    I’d call this a Platform Upgrade and those fees start at $3500

    • If your content is staying the same but we’re just rebuilding it onto the Squarespace platform, then you may be eligible for a reduced fee

    • This would mean your design, navigation & basic page layout isn’t changing much and in fact, I could just go “grab it all” from your other website.

    • This includes building the site from an external platform like Wordpress — or upgrading your Squarespace site from 7.0 or 7.1 onto Fluid engine.

    However, If you want a new design, new branding, or to swap out old and new pages, then let’s start fresh with a new build.

  • No problem! What’s listed here is a base to start with but we can figure out the scope of the project from there to get you an accurate price and incredible website.

    • My fee is usually paid 3 installments but I’m happy to work with you.

    • Balance is due in full before launching the site live.

    If you require a payment plan, just let me know.

    Note: There are costs related to hosting a website outside of my fee. These include a domain name (i.e. YourWebsite.com), branded email, and Squarespace Webhosting.
